One to one, North West
Train with me in person.
One to one sessions with me on the gym floor, in Leigh or Ashton-in-Makerfield. Fat loss, building muscle, getting genuinely strong, or preparing for a stage. You get my full attention, real-time coaching on every rep, and a plan that carries on working when you train without me.
More than someone counting your reps.
A session built around you on the day
Slept badly, tweaked your shoulder, had a brutal week? The plan flexes. That is the advantage of having a coach in the room rather than a document on your phone.
Technique fixed in real time
Not from a video sent three days later. I can see the bar path, the hip shift and the rib flare while it is happening, and change it on the next set.
Programming that continues without me
You will not only train well on the days we are together. You get structure for the sessions you do on your own, so the whole week counts.
Nutrition support alongside it
Training is the easy half. We will sort the food out too, in a way that survives a night shift, a holiday and a family Sunday.
Competition prep if you want it
Everything from choosing a federation to peak week, tan and stage walk. I have done it as an athlete and taken a lot of people through it as a coach.
Somewhere to ask the daft questions
There are none. Everybody starts somewhere, and I would far rather you asked than guessed.

Two bases in the North West.
I coach out of Powerbeck Gym and PWR Strength & Conditioning. Between them I cover Leigh, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and the surrounding area.

What it costs
Coaching is built around you, so the investment is too. Tell me your goal and where you are now, and I will come back with a plan and a cost. No obligation and no hard sell.
Enquire about 1:1 trainingBefore you ask.
Where do you train clients in person?
At Powerbeck Gym in Leigh, and at PWR Strength and Conditioning in Ashton-in-Makerfield. Between the two I cover Leigh, Wigan, Ashton-in-Makerfield, St Helens and the surrounding parts of Greater Manchester.
How much does coaching cost?
It depends on whether you train with me in person or online, and how much support you want. Rather than putting a number on a page that may not apply to you, tell me your goal and where you are now, and I will come back with a plan and a cost. I will tell you straight, with no sales pitch, and if I think somebody else would serve you better I will say that too.
Am I tied into a contract?
We will agree the arrangement between us before anything starts, and I will be completely clear about it so there are no surprises. Ask me when you enquire and I will lay out exactly how it works.
I am a complete beginner. Will I be out of my depth?
No, and beginners are genuinely some of my favourite clients, because everything works and there are no bad habits to undo. You get technique guidance, a session structure that tells you exactly what to do and in what order, and someone to message the first time a machine confuses you.
I am over 40. Is it too late to start?
Not remotely. Some of my best results have come from clients in their forties, fifties and beyond, including a woman who came to me for bikini posing and went on to win a NABBA Masters Championship. What changes after 40 is recovery, joint care and how we manage intensity. That is a programming question, and it is my job to solve it.
Come and train.
Where you are now, where you want to be, and anything I should know about your health, your injuries or your schedule. I will tell you straight whether I am the right coach for it. No obligation and no hard sell.
