Online coaching, worldwide

Coaching from an IFBB Pro, in your pocket.

A training programme built for your body, your gym and your week. Nutrition that fits the life you actually live. Weekly check-ins, video form reviews and direct access to me. Wherever you are in the world, you are not doing this on your own.

Coaching since 1998. IFBB Pro Card holder. Clients across the UK, Europe and the US.

Most people do not need more information. They need someone accountable.

You already know that you should be lifting properly, eating enough protein and sleeping more. The internet has told you a hundred times. What it cannot do is look at your last four weeks, work out why the progress stalled, and change the right variable at the right time.

That is the whole job. That is what you are hiring me for.

Is this for you?

Is online coaching right for you?

I would rather turn down a bad fit than take on someone I cannot help. So read this honestly.

This is for you if

  • You have access to a gym, or a decent home setup, and you will use it

I can programme around a full commercial gym, a garage with a barbell, or a hotel gym in a different city every fortnight. What I cannot do is train for you.

  • Your schedule will not bend around a personal trainer

Shift work, kids, travel, a job that eats your evenings. Online coaching moves with you instead of fighting you for a Tuesday at six.

  • You want a plan built for you, not a PDF ten thousand people have downloaded

Your programme is written for your body, your injuries, your equipment and your goal, and it changes as you change.

  • You are prepared to be honest with me every week

The check-in only works if you tell me about the four pints on Saturday and the two sessions you missed. I have heard it all. I am not here to tell you off.

  • You want to compete, or you are curious about it

Prep, peak week, tan, suit, posing, federation choice, the lot. I have been through all of it as an athlete and walked dozens of people through it as a coach.

  • You want to get strong and lean, and still be doing it in ten years

I coach for the long game. Crash it now and you will only pay for it later.

This is not for you if

  • You want to be told what to do and then not do it

I will chase you, but I will not carry you. If two check-ins go by with nothing changed, we will have a straight conversation about whether this is the right time for you.

  • You want to lose a stone in three weeks for a wedding

I can get you looking and feeling significantly better in that window, but I will not put you on something stupid and I will not pretend the physics are different for you.

  • You want hands-on coaching in every single session

If you need someone stood next to you correcting the bar path in real time, book personal training in Leigh or Ashton instead. Online coaching is for people who can work independently between check-ins.

Still reading and nodding? Good. Here is what you actually get.

What you get

What you get.

Eight things. All of them from me directly.

  • A training programme written for you

Built around your goal, your experience, your injury history and the equipment you can actually get to. Every exercise has a reason, and if you ask me what that reason is, I will tell you.

  • Nutrition that fits your life, not the other way round

Targets and structure you can hold down on a night shift, on holiday, or with three kids and a school run. No banned foods, no weighing broccoli in a restaurant, no plan that collapses the first time life happens.

  • Weekly check-ins with a real review

Every week you send me your numbers, your photos and how you are feeling. Every week you get a written response telling you what is working, what is not, and exactly what changes for the next seven days.

  • Video form reviews

Film your working sets and send them over. I will tell you what your hips are doing, why you feel it in the wrong place and what to fix, before it becomes a niggle you cannot train through.

  • Direct message access to me

Not a support inbox and not a bot. If you are stood in a supermarket at nine at night trying to work out what to buy, message me.

  • Adjustments as you progress

Your programme is not a document, it is a moving thing. Volume, exercise selection, calories and cardio all change as your body responds. That is the difference between coaching and a download.

  • Supplement guidance, honestly

I will tell you the handful of things worth your money and the long list of things that are not. I do not sell supplements, so I have no reason to sell you any.

  • Competition prep, if that is where this goes

Federation and class selection, prep timeline, peak week, tan, suit, backstage routine and posing. If you have never done a show before, I will walk you through every single part of it.

How it works

How it works.

  1. You get in touch

Fill in the enquiry form or send me a WhatsApp message. Tell me where you are now, what you want, and anything I should know about your health, injuries or schedule.

  2. We have a proper conversation

A relaxed call or a message thread, whichever you prefer. I ask a lot of questions. By the end of it we both know whether this is a good fit, and you know exactly what working together looks like.

  3. I build your programme

You complete a full intake questionnaire covering training history, food preferences, medical background, schedule and equipment. Your training and nutrition plan lands with you inside a few days, along with your check-in template and my direct line.

  4. Your first month, together

You train, you log it, you check in weekly, and I adjust. By the end of month one you will have a routine that fits and numbers moving in the right direction. Then we do it again, better.

Why me

Why me, and not the coach in your feed.

There is no barrier to becoming an online coach. There is a very real barrier to earning an IFBB Pro Card. Here is what you get from the second kind.

  • I have done the thing I am asking you to do

I have dieted down for a stage, held a physique together through peak week, and walked out under the lights with everything on the line. When I tell you week nine will be hard, it is not a guess.

  • I earned the top card in the sport

NABBA's first ever Toned Figure winner. Multiple British titles. IFBB Pro Card. That is not decoration, it is a record of doing this at the highest level for a long time.

  • I am not only a bodybuilder

I have won strongman competitions, and in Jiu-Jitsu I have taken double gold at every competition I have entered, including gold at IBJJF. Strength, conditioning and performance under pressure are not theory to me, they are three separate sports I have competed in.

  • I coach athletes, not just physiques

Bodybuilders, MMA fighters, and my youngest son, who is a Jiu-Jitsu World Champion. Coaching a competitive athlete teaches you things about recovery, timing and pressure that you never learn in a vacuum.

  • I have coached since 1998

Nearly three decades of watching what actually holds up over years, not weeks. Trends have come and gone twice over in that time. I have kept the parts that work.

  • I did it all with two boys and no safety net

Single parent, full schedule, no excuses available. If your objection is that you have not got time, I promise you I have heard it from the inside.

Honest answers

The things people message me worrying about.

  • I have not got a proper gym.

Then we build it around what you have got. I have written programmes for garage setups, hotel gyms, budget chains and one client with a bar, a bench and a set of bands. Kit shapes the plan. It does not decide the outcome.

  • I have not got time.

Almost nobody has. That is exactly the problem online coaching solves. If you have got three sessions a week, we build a three-session week that works properly, instead of a five-day split you will abandon by February.

  • I have tried before and failed.

You have probably tried a plan before. That is not the same as being coached. Plans do not notice when your sleep falls apart, your job gets hard or the calories need moving. I do. Most people who tell me they failed were simply left on their own with a spreadsheet.

  • I am a complete beginner and I feel out of my depth.

Good. Beginners are my favourite clients because everything works and nothing needs undoing. You will get technique videos, a session structure that tells you exactly what to do in what order, and someone to message the first time a machine confuses you.

  • I am over 40. Is it too late?

No. Some of my best results have come from clients in their forties, fifties and beyond, including a woman who came to me for bikini posing and went on to win a NABBA Masters Championship. What changes after 40 is recovery, joint care and how we manage intensity. That is a programming question, and it is my job.

  • I am a woman and I do not want to get bulky.

You will not, and I say that as someone who has spent nearly thirty years deliberately trying to build muscle and knows exactly how hard it is. Lifting properly gives you shape, strength, better bone density and a body that holds its condition. It does not accidentally turn you into a bodybuilder any more than jogging accidentally turns you into a marathon runner.

The money

What it costs

Coaching is built around you, so the investment is too. Tell me your goal and where you are now, and I will come back with a plan and a cost. No obligation and no hard sell.

Common questions

Before you ask.

  • What is included in online coaching?

A training programme written for you, nutrition targets that fit your actual week, weekly check-ins with a written review from me, video form reviews, direct message access, and adjustments to your plan as your body responds. If you are heading for a stage, it also covers federation and class choice, prep timeline, peak week and posing.

  • Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?

No, but you do need somewhere to train consistently. I have written programmes for full commercial gyms, budget chains, garage setups and hotel gyms. Tell me what equipment you can get to and I will build around it. Your kit shapes the plan, it does not decide the outcome.

  • How often do we speak?

You check in with me once a week with your numbers, your photos and how the week actually went, and you get a written response back from me every time. On top of that you have direct message access, so if something comes up mid-week you are not waiting seven days to ask.

  • Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. I do not do banned foods, weighing broccoli in restaurants, or plans that fall apart the first time life happens. You get targets and a structure you can hold down on a night shift, on holiday or around a school run. A plan you can actually keep beats a perfect plan you abandon in three weeks.

  • Do you coach online outside the UK?

Yes. Online coaching works anywhere with an internet connection, and I have clients across the UK, Europe and the US. Time zones have never been a problem, because check-ins are written rather than live.
